Data controller
M.D.I. CONSULTING, French SASU with EUR 1,500 share capital, 63 impasse de Bremont, 01170 Cessy, France. Contact: president@mdi-council.com.
Purposes and legal basis
Information submitted through the contact form is used to receive, qualify and respond to professional enquiries and, where appropriate, arrange discussions or proposals. The lawful basis is the legitimate interest in responding to requests, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request when relevant.
Information collected
Name, email address, optional organisation, topic, optional area of intervention, originating programme where applicable, and message. This version of the site provides no user accounts or online payment. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Recipients and hosting
Access is limited to authorised M.D.I. CONSULTING staff dealing with requests. Data is processed through the hosting and email services configured with Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. The delivered website code does not embed advertising or third-party analytics services.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are retained for no more than 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted unless a legal retention obligation or a justified need to defend legal rights applies. Correspondence related to a contract is subject to applicable statutory retention periods.
Anti-abuse safeguards
If the server form is activated, a temporary pseudonymised technical identifier derived from the IP address and a server-side secret may be used to limit repeated submissions. The website mechanism does not maintain a database of messages. Hosting logs are subject to the provider’s applicable retention policies.
Cookies and trackers
The public website code contains no advertising or external audience analytics. Language preference follows the URL and does not require a cookie. This notice and any consent mechanism must be reviewed if third-party services are later introduced.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, and where applicable restriction or objection to the processing of your personal information. Contact president@mdi-council.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL.
